Booth Sales


For Booth parents/Cookie Coordinators/Treasurer 

Should I Use theeBudde app for tracking booth sales?

Yes, that will make tracking so much easier!  Download eBudde app and sign in, using thesame credentials you used for the online registration.

What if we run out ofcookies at our booth?

Instructions from girl scouts: Have someone on call to pickup more cookies.

How do I order morebooth cookies?

Additional cookies can be ordered through the service unitcookie cupboard, either directly with the volunteer or via eBudde (Transactionstab).

What do we do withour troops leftover cookies?

Call the SU to see if other girls need cookies.  Whatever we cannot get rid of is theresponsibility of the troop. 

Money handling

  • · Use the provided deposit slips only!  If you do not, GS cannot track our orders.  Tary has the slips.
  • · If parents owe money at the end of the sale, talk with the SU Product manager about filling out an outstanding balance form.  DO NOT cover uncollected money; short the council – not your troop!

 

Cookie Booth SalesCoordination

1.     We have a total of 495 boxes of cookies to sell at booths!

  1. 2. Pick up cookies for booth from Andrea’s house
  2. a. 5303 SE Gladstone St, 503-477-0715        
  3. b.      Andrea should issue a receipt for the cookies distributed to the booth parent
  4. 3. Table: bring your own or get one from Fawn or Andrea
  5. 4. Each batch of cookies includes 96 boxes and a Sales sheet for tracking Sales
  6. 5. After each Sale, parent should deliver completed tracking, money, and the rest of the boxes to Fawn
  7. a. Please contact Fawn to coordinate a time to deliver
  8. b. 2129 SE 72nd Ave, 503-753-3592
  9. 6. Fawn will coordinate the cashbox with Andrea
  10. 7. Tary and Fawn will coordinate money drop offs
  11. a. We will keep $50 in the cash box at all times for slush

 

Managing our cookie sales


Cookie Sales are starting!  Remember these key dates:
  • Pre-Orders: Jan 9-24
  • Digital cookie sales (online orders): Jan 9-Mar 13
  • Order cards due to Cookie Coordinator: Jan. 25
  • Cookies arrive!!!  - Feb 14 (pick up at Alisha's house during our 2/14 meeting)
  • Booth Sales/Walk-abouts: Feb 19 through March 13

What dofamilies do once after we distribute cookies and collect money?

Girls should put money & their sales form in anenvelope.  Delivermoney to ­­­­­­­Fawn the week of February 22.Last payments should be delivered no later than March 14We will make weekly bank deposits for allfunds collected – from both booth sales and pre-sales. 

What if Ican’t collect my presales and I have leftover boxes?

Each girl is responsible for the cookie orders. Onceparents receive the boxes, they are financially responsible.  Reach out early to Fawn if you believe youhave unclaimed boxes of cookies you cannot sell.

  

Troop Payment deadlines

How do we payfor the troop’s cookies?

  1. · Week of Feb 22: Money collected for delivered cookie orders due to Fawn
  2. · Week of March 1: Second payment for delivered cookie orders due to Fawn
  3. · Week of March 7: Third payment for cookies due to Fawn
  4. · March 14: Final payment for cookies due

Finally, each time you pass money to the troopproduct manager, you should get a receipt for the funds delivered.

 

When is money due toGirl Scouts?

  • · Feb 26: 50% of payment for initial orders must be deposited
  • · March 15: Final deposit and outstanding balance due forms are due

 

How oftenshould money be deposited to the bank?

  • Each week, deposits must be made for funds collected.
